SnowCrest Internet Service accounts come with one or more email addresses.

You can access your SnowCrest email account using SnowCrest Webmail, or alternatively, you may use the SMTP and IMAP protocols to connect to our mail servers directly, using the mail app on your cell phone, tablet, or computer. These are the recommended settings:

Outgoing:
SMTP Server: smtp.snowcrest.net
Port: 587
Use Secure Connection: TLS (preferred) or SSL
Authentication: Password


Incoming:
IMAP Server: imap.snowcrest.net
Port: 143
Use Secure Connection: TLS
Authentication: Password

Alternate Incoming:
IMAP Server: imap.snowcrest.net
Port: 993
Use Secure Connection: SSL
Authentication: Password

Note:
If you have the option "Use secure authentication", leave it unchecked.
