  • Unlimited Plans: Unless otherwise specified, all SnowCrest plans offer unlimited data usage and are not subject to data caps; nevertheless, users must still adhere to our fair usage policy.

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we implement a fair usage policy:

  • Excessive Usage: If a customer’s data usage significantly exceeds the average usage of other customers, we may take measures to manage network traffic, including reducing speeds or limiting access during peak times. SnowCrest may use other remedies at its sole discretion, including temporarily stopping service.  In extreme cases, SnowCrest may choose to cancel a user's service.
  • Notification: Customers will be notified if their usage is deemed excessive and given the opportunity to reduce their usage.

4. Monitoring and Privacy

  • Data Monitoring: We monitor data usage to ensure compliance with this policy. This monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not monitor the content of your internet traffic. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Prohibited Activities: Customers must not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, and distributing malware.
  • Network Integrity: Activities that compromise the integrity or security of our network are strictly prohibited.
